Please note that the cream cheese workshop will be held in German. At the information desk we will be happy to provide you with translations in written form in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
The Public Fresh Cheese Making takes place in the basement of the Stöckli and is therefore not wheelchair accessible.
Cream cheese making as a private group is available for booking at the following times:
Convenient: the fresh cheese is ready to take home and enjoy after one hour of pressing. Each participant will receive a cream cheese heart.
