Learn how the master cheesemakers transform the high-quality raw milk into the most famous cheese in the world. Tickets can be purchased online or on site.
The self-guided tour lasts about 30 minutes and is open daily from 09:00 - 17:00. Last tour start 16:30.
Languages
The mouse, the cow and the cheesemaker speak German, French and English. You can select one language per group at the start.
The King's Way is also accessible for prams and with wheelchairs.
Tip: Combi ticket
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 14-15 o'clock the fresh cheese workshop takes place in the historical Stöckli. If you visit the King's Way and the workshop, you can buy a combination ticket at the following special price:
- Children up to 11 years old: free of charge
- Youths 12-17 years old: CHF 11.50
- Adults: CHF 21.50
