In the main building of the Emmental show dairy, we will be producing the unique Emmentaler AOP several times a day from the region's high-quality raw milk until probably the end of June 2025. Take the opportunity to look over the shoulders of the Emmentaler AOP cheesemakers and be surprised what will follow.
Observe how the curd is filled into the press (molds) and how the label is applied.

The entrance is free. You can see from the store directly into the production.
